Do I have to choose a package?+
No. Choose the number of credits you want to buy. There are no preset packages or monthly commitments.
How do bonus credits work?+
Your bonus is based on the amount you pay: no bonus below €40, 22% extra credits from €40 to under €100, and 30% extra from €100 upwards, including above €500. For example, €40 buys 400 base credits plus 88 bonus credits; €100 buys 1,000 base credits plus 300 bonus credits. These are bonus thresholds, not packages.

Will purchased credits expire?+
Purchased credits are planned without automatic expiry. File storage and account closure follow separate terms, which will be published before purchases open.
Can I buy credits now?+
